We held the initial working conference on Jan.17st,2023. As the chairwoman of the board, Miss Zhou made a conclusion for the year of 2022. It was really a tough year with the Covid-19 spreading. Despite all that, we overcame many difficulties and solved numerous problems that arose one after another. Everyone did his own deeds at different positions and achieved satisfactory results. Most notably, the manufacturing department modified and improved the equipment contributing to more efficiency and better quality. To some degrees, it diminished the cost of production. As it should be, Miss Zhou rewarded the ones who contributed the most for our company.
At the end, Miss Zhou gave a brief new year work arrangements for each department and emphasized that 2023 would be an innovative year. We should strengthen the technical research, put forth effort on developing new products and also to enhance the learning among different departments. We aim to be the most professional and respectful manufacturer for every customer.
